Business Agility is essential for competitive advantage in the age of software and digital.   Therefore coaching those relatively new to lean-agile principles and practices like HR, Marketing and Finance is increasingly a focus of mine.

Prior to my work as a SPCT and a transformation consultant, I held a variety of leadership positions.  I take a servant-leadership approach to help the team be the best they can be.
